The one question we get asked often is what is the difference between screen printing and heat transfer.

Heat Seal Printing

Heat Seal is a modern way of printing and involves a pre-made transfer being heat pressed onto garments at a set temperature leaving a crisp, sharp, solid finish.

Heat Transfer involves taking text and image, then applying them to a garment using a special heat press that melts and seals the characters into the garment. This basically involves the design being cut out of colored vinyl of your choosing.
